Calls from your CAD are automatically sent to field units through the app. Crews can access detailed call information and provide real-time status updates directly in the CAD app. The EMS Anyware Mobilis App, known as a Mobile Data Terminal (MDT), offers an affordable solution for field operations. While 911/Emergent operations should prioritize traditional voice communications, this alerting mechanism serves as a valuable supplemental communication tool to reduce radio traffic.

HOW OUR SERVICE WORKS

• Our monthly service includes support and is tailored based on the number of vehicles in service per month.
• The data exchanger service operates on your dispatching system, currently supporting JefBar and Zoll RescueNet. It translates CAD information to the field crew and relays field status back to the CAD.
• We securely capture data from your system and transmit it to our cloud for access via EMS Anyware Mobilis. Our cloud environment is secure and HIPAA compliant.
• Additional data charges may apply based on your wireless data plan.
